Tamra Kankoski
MBA, RT(R), ARRT

My name is Tamra Kankoski, and I’m honored to be your instructor for this specialized tutoring session. I’m genuinely excited to support both students and graduates as you continue to grow academically and professionally.

I’ve been a registered radiologic technologist since 1995. I gained valuable hands-on experience working as a radiographer is both hospital settings and with orthopedic surgical groups. My passion for healthcare and education led me to teach at Penn State University while earning my master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in healthcare administration.

In 2012, I joined Pima Medical Institute’s Las Vegas campus, where I currently serve as program director. One of my proudest achievements as an educator and program director is maintaining American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) examination pass rates of over 90% consistently for more than a decade. Even more rewarding is seeing so many of my students graduate and thrive as professionals in the radiography community.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your educational journey. Let’s make this a great experience—one that ends in your success!
