Hello everyone and welcome to Radiography Tutors, LLC!
I am a retired program director from a large enrollment radiography program located in Southern California. For over 25 years my responsibilities have included program development and measured growth, instruction, student mentoring, curriculum design/revision, administration, and providing student, program director/faculty mentoring, education, and training. I have well over 600 graduates out in the radiography field, and one of my greatest joys is to see my graduates at various medical facilities, where they share with me how the profession has changed their lives both personally and professionally - the greatest gift a program director can receive.
Additionally, commencing in 2017, I served for six years on the JRCERT Board of Directors, participated in the JRCERT Standards revision committee, and I am an active JRCERT team chair site visitor since 2008.
I am all about high quality education, radiation and patient safety, adhering to the JRCERT Standards, and getting it right the first time, which is why I launched Radiography Tutors, to provide additional support, education, and tutoring on topics found on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) national certifying exam.
And, in my spare time I am an avid golfer, animal lover, enjoy hiking, and relaxing at the beach.
My vision has and continues to be fostering student success, and professional growth, which is why I started Radiography Tutors LLC!
My areas of expertise based on the content specs for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist national exam include:
